Sean Peel was born in Darlington in 1992, he has lived in the Darlington area all of his life. Sean attended school in the town; it was at school where he showed a passion for sport and the great outdoors.
It was during his time at the Key Stage 4 Engagement Centre, McMullen House that he showed his true potential and lust for the outdoors. Sean's passion and enthusiasm was certainly a force to be recognized. Upon leaving school Sean has worked in the town, considering many career options. However his desire to work in the outdoors had lead him to Outdoor-Ambition Ltd.
Sean started with us in January 2009, since then he has embarked on an intensive course of personal and professional development. He has recently undertaken more advanced medical training. Sean is now an active climber, who will regularly climbs at the indoor wall. This winter has seen Sean further develop his mountain experience with training in ice climbing and navigation.
Sean has now completed his apprentice training and has now moved into the trainee outdoor instructor programme, this will see him further develop his academic profile and add more skills to his current outdoor knowledge. Its a very busy year for Sean, another intense year of training and development.
Sean is a very talented youngman with a huge enthusiasm for the great outdoors. Sean continues down his career in the Outdoor world with this year throwing more exciting challenges infront of him. Sean continues to understudies instructors on most programmes. Sean will be spending the majority of this year training and gaining experience in all activities. He will also be embarking on the development phase of his training allowign him to push his own perfromance.
It will be a few years before Sean is leading activities and expeditions for the Company however he shows the traits of a very promising instructor.
